Enfield windows this week carried out the full replacement of windows at a property in the leafy Hampstead area of London.

The original timber windows which were single glazed, draughty and starting to breakdown. The client wanted to keep the character of the property, so opted to investigate their options using new timber windows.

A request for a quotation was sent via our website. An appointment was arranged and booked in for our sales representative who made a visit to go through the client’s specific requirements and assess what windows needed replacing.

Unlike many companies, our reliable group of sales reps work solely for Enfield Windows and do not work on an industry standard 10% commission basis. The bespoke timber windows were then put into production, with a lead time of approximately eight weeks. During this time, we arranged an installation date with the customer.

Installation

The installation was carried out in four days, and our own highly skilled craftsman carried out each replacement with great care and attention to detail. The client was delighted with the look of her new windows and called our office to voice her gratitude to the installers, to whom she had left to their own devices throughout the four days.
